The Isaiah 117 House
Providing comfort during some of a child's hardest days. When children are removed from their homes, they often enter foster care with very little. Many arrive carrying only the clothes they are wearing, uncertain about where they will sleep and frightened about what comes next.
Isaiah 117 House exists to change those first hours. Instead of waiting in a child welfare office, children can stay in a welcoming home filled with clean clothes, warm blankets, toys, snacks, and caring volunteers who simply want them to know they are safe.
Their mission is threefold:
Reduce trauma for children awaiting placement.
Lighten the burden on child welfare workers.
Ease the transition for foster families.
By providing a peaceful place to rest, play, and receive care, Isaiah 117 House helps children experience comfort during one of the most difficult moments of their lives.
Why We Chose Them: Mission work does not always happen overseas. Sometimes it happens in a house filled with pajamas, stuffed animals, and people willing to show up for a child who needs them.

The workshop shelves are still filling. Over time, this space will feature handmade goods, cultural treasures, creative kits, and products inspired by people and places around the world. Some items will come from local makers, some from artisans abroad, and some directly from the Epiphany Creations studio.
